Mid Sussex HC Mixed 7-a-side team have just enjoyed a wonderful day out hosted by East Grinstead HC in memory of Tamoor who was an EG legend and one of the nicest guys in hockey.
‘T’ sadly passed on last year but is fondly remembered by everyone who knew him.

Today was exactly the type of event that T would have loved to be at.
Lots of people of all ages and stages of their hockey journey all having a great time playing this great sport with big smiles and great spirits in the glorious sunshine.

A lot of money was raised for a good cause in T’s honour ‘The Hockey Youth Trust’.

It was all about the event rather than the results, but it was a nice bonus for Middies to put on a good show and make it all the way through to the Final unbeaten and then win the tournament in a closely fought final game against a tough EG team.

A day of faultlessly intelligent passing hockey from Middies that resulted in a plethora of goals with only 1 goal conceded all day.
